Respectfully, your esteemed company is invited to participate in the DDB export sales tender with the following conditions:

Deadline for submission of proposals: 14pm on 23/02/2026

Date of E-mails opening and announcement: 11am on 24/02/2026

· Those proposals that send to other email addresses are not valid.

· Reject or approving of all proposals are depends on the final approve of Abadan petrochemical company.

· In case of winning and issuing a Proforma and not depositing money on time, the company will be blacklisted for one year.

· After submitting financial proposals by the applicant and reviewed by Abadan Petrochemical Company, the final price will be announced.

· Approved companies must settle accounts and upload and exit the product within a maximum of 10 days, otherwise, they will be fined $ 5 per ton per day.

· Payment 100% cash in advance

· Fast delivery

· Cargo should be loaded by Tanker from Abadan factory. and all the costs  out of Abadan factory will be on customer's account 

· All proposals must be sent via your official company email address.

·  Pls be informed in any case if the companies send two different emails, the companies will be removed from the tender.

· Also sent Emails must contain Buyer Name, Address, Telephone, and Cellphone.

· The minimum supply is 200 tons
