Financial proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026, to the following email address:

Terms and Conditions
- Proposals submitted to any email address other than the address specified above will not be considered valid.
- Abadan Petrochemical Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, subject to its final approval.
- If the successful bidder fails to make the required payment within the specified period after issuance of the Proforma Invoice, the bidder will be blacklisted and prohibited from participating in the Company’s tenders for one year.
- Following the submission and review of financial proposals by Abadan Petrochemical Company, the final sales price will be announced.
- The successful bidder must settle the account and promptly take delivery of and remove the initial 50 MT of product. Otherwise, a penalty of USD 5 per metric ton per day will be applied.
- Payment shall be made 100% in cash and in advance.
- The delivery schedule shall be as follows:
- 50 MT: immediately;
- 50 MT: 30 days thereafter.
- The product shall be loaded into road tankers at the Abadan Petrochemical Complex. All costs incurred outside the Complex shall be borne by the buyer.
- All proposals must be submitted through the bidder’s official company email address.
- Each bidder may submit only one proposal. If a bidder submits proposals through two different emails, the bidder will be disqualified from the tender.
- Each submitted email must include the following information:

● Address;
● Telephone number;
● Mobile phone number.
- The minimum supply quantity is 50 MT.
